For almost a decade, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with CVCC on grant projects that make a real difference in our region. My work blends grant management with event coordination, supported by deep expertise in operational excellence, a continuous improvement mindset, and marketing leadership. I’m excited at the possibility of continuing that partnership in a new way.

How I Work

I bring a balance of independent judgment and collaborative energy to my work. I am comfortable taking ownership of complex tasks such as grant reporting, compliance tracking, or event logistics, while also thriving in team settings where ideas and efforts come together. My strengths in discernment, organization, and strategic thinking help me cut through complexity, keep projects moving, and align people and processes toward shared goals. This mix of autonomy and teamwork ensures I can support both the structured and creative demands of the Grants Manager & Events Coordinator role.
