HOW I CAN HELP JUNGE CONSTRUCTION

How I Work as an Operations Partner

I work best as the CEO’s operational counterpart—turning broad goals into the structure, clarity, and daily action a team needs to move forward. While I do not come from a construction background, my experience managing complex projects in healthcare, digital platforms, and small business operations has taught me how to learn new industries quickly and build systems that support the real workflow constraints of the field. I would approach construction operations with an active learning mindset to ensure that any processes I build strengthen—not disrupt—how your team works.

Here’s what I bring to the role:

  • Turn goals into structure: Translate long-term vision into clear metrics, processes, and accountability.

  • Own non-construction operations: Support business development, marketing, HR, finance, and admin so the construction team can focus on high-quality builds.

  • Create scorecards and reporting: Build simple, dependable dashboards that track revenue, profitability, hiring, and operational health.

  • Hire, onboard, and develop the team: Bring in the right people, give them clarity, and support consistent performance.

  • Document and refine processes: Capture workflows in a way that’s easy for the team to follow, and improve them as the company grows.

  • Be the internal point of contact: Provide steady communication, coordination, and support so the full team has what they need to succeed.

I bring a calm, organized, methodical approach grounded in experience—and the adaptability to learn construction operations so that the systems I build fit the realities of your fieldwork and business model.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN A NUTSHELL

Supportedly — Program Director & Operational Lead
For eight years, I partnered directly with the CEO as his operational counterpart, translating vision into programs, processes, and measurable progress. I built the systems, workflows, and team structure that allowed Supportedly to scale its statewide programming to more than 10,000 entrepreneurs. My role required quickly understanding new industries, partners, and operational environments—strengthening my ability to adapt and build systems that work in real-world settings.

WE•DO — Partner & COO
As Partner and COO of a marketing and creative agency, I led hiring, onboarding, finance-related operations, scheduling, and internal communication. When the company shifted to fully remote operations during COVID, I designed the processes and operating rhythms that kept the team aligned and supported. This work reinforced my strength in organizing people, clarifying expectations, and creating repeatable systems during periods of change.

SWK Consulting — Operational Strategy for Small Businesses
Through my consulting work, I help small business owners build the structure and accountability they need to grow sustainably. This includes developing processes across HR, finance, marketing, client delivery, and admin, as well as supporting EOS practices like Rocks, L10 rhythms, scorecards, and process documentation. My role is often to bring calm, order, and clarity—turning a founder’s vision into systems the whole team can follow.

TOOLS & NEXT STEPS

I’m comfortable with a wide range of digital tools and genuinely enjoy learning new systems. I pick them up quickly and focus on using each tool to create clarity, consistency, and smooth operations. While I haven’t used JobTread yet, I’m excited by the opportunity to learn it and integrate it into daily workflows.

My core toolset includes:

  • Project & Workflow Tools: Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Teamwork, Trello
