Content creation - Scaling actionable Support Through novel tools

The Situation

Entrepreneurs needed more than just inspiration. They needed simple, clear, actionable advice on funding, planning, and growth. We focused Supportedly.com’s content strategy on creating a hub for resources and advice that delivered actionable guidance based on the help entrepreneurs were consistently looking for.

What I Did

I worked with my content to team to build an editorial an production process for Supportedly’s blog that incorporated our “Ask a Question” function. Our thesis was that by providing a section where entrepreneurs and small business owners could ask simple questions, we could serve the individuals as well as our larger audience, directly. We took the questions asked by each entrepreneur, generalized it to fit the needs of most entrepreneurs and created actionable blog posts to help answer that question. Simultaneously, we reached out to the individual asking the question and ensured they were directed toward local resources that would provide them with the immediate help requested.
